  1. New York City's Board of Elections will acknowledge it broke the law and be making serious changes in its practices, according to the proposed settlement of a legal fight over the purge of more than 200,000 voters from city rolls. After many Brooklyn residents arrived at the polls during last year's presidential primary to learn they were deemed ineligible to vote, the good government group Common Cause New York filed suit. State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman and the Brooklyn U.S. Attorney's office joined the litigation. But rather than slug it out in Brooklyn federal court, the sides have been working on a settlement for months. Now, a proposed pact slated for filing Wednesday would mandate reforms in the city election agency. NY Daily News
  2. Not only was the FBI informant working on the Russian bribery case threatened by the Obama administration, he was blocked by the DOJ under then-AG Loretta Lynch from testifying to Congress. According to Circa News, the FBI informant wanted to testify to Congress about pertinent information that the Russian’s were attempting to gain access to former President Bill Clinton and his wife, then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, to influence the Obama administration’s decision on the purchase of Uranium One, Toensing said. As previously reported, Bill Clinton gave a speech to the Russia-based Renaissance Capital in Moscow on June 29, 2010–for one hour for $500,000. The Clintons know the world is onto their pay-to-play because Wikileaks leaked an email from the ‘Podesta emails’ showing Hillary’s camp internally bragging that they killed a Bloomberg story linking Bill Clinton’s $500K Moscow cash to the Magnitsky bill. As reported earlier, prior to the Obama administration approving the very controversial deal in 2010 giving Russia 20% of America’s Uranium, the FBI had evidence that Russian nuclear industry officials were involved in bribery, kickbacks, extortion and money laundering in order to benefit Vladimir Putin, says a report by The Hill. Who was right in the middle of it all? HILLARY CLINTON. Nine shareholders in Uranium One just happened to provide more than $145 million in donations to the Clinton Foundation in the run-up to State Department approval. From Tuesday’s report we also found out that the investigation was supervised by then-U.S. Attorney Rod Rosenstein, who is now President Trump’s Deputy Attorney General, and then-Assistant FBI Director Andrew McCabe, who is now the deputy FBI director under Trump. Toensing said her client “is not only afraid of the Russian people, but he is afraid of the US government because of the threats the Obama administration made against him.” The Gateway Pundit
